Orders will be processed by NOMI BY B Group FZ-LLC within 5 working days of receiving the authorized payment where products will be hannlded to a third party shipping company for delivery.

Orders will be shipped via courier service free of charge by a third party shipping compnay- DHL-  and shipping time will vary from country to country depending on custom clearance procedures accordingly . Kindly refer to the below DHL time table provided in the below link , delivery to most countries does not usually exceed a couple of days

Once we confirm your order was accepted and processed you will recevive a DHL tracking number with your delivery details

We provide free shiping worldwide excluding any local customs and duty charges. Please note that VAT, customs and any import duty taxes may vary from country to country and must be settled by the customer to the courier at the time of delivery if incurred .We would recommend that you consult your your local authority for more details.

NOMI BY B Group FZ-LLC will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the laws of UAE nor can deliver to areas where shipping company / courier can not reach. NOMI BY B Group FZ-LLC will not be responsible for any delivery delays by the third party shipping company.
